Automated modular complex ÀÌÊ FORMBETON 30 and ÀÌÊ FORMBETON 60

The machine building enterprise "Stroymechanika" manufactures automated modular complex AMK FORMBETON in order to solve the tasks to prepare qualitative concrete mix applied for the production of concrete and reinforced concrete articles, such as well rings, made according to GOST, wall stones, made according to GOST, paving elements (paving tile and curb), elements of concrete guard rail and small architectural forms and other products.
The modular complex FORMBETON is intended to store, supply, batch accurately applied components and prepare highly-qualitative concrete mixes and mortars for its further application at the production of construction materials by vibrating casting and vibrating pressing.
As a standard packaging arrangement the complex is equipped with highly-intellectual control system SAU 600 LOGIC, allowing to prepare up to fifty proportions of the mix. In this case all the proportions are memorized by the control system and can be changed by one bottom pressing.
The complex FORMBETON consists of separate modules, that allow to mount the unit within short period as well as to dismount and mount again if the production area is changed. The overall dimensions of the complex allow to transport the complex in the standard trucks.

Operation:
The sand are fed with help of front loader into the feed hopper where of eth belt conveyor, then it enters the weighting inert and binding materials batcher through belt conveyor and then thrown out the mixer. The cement from silo and big bag unloader SR enters the weighting batching hopper through screw conveyor, then after the knife gate has been activated, it enters the concrete "SCAUT" mixer hopper are batched by weight and are thrown into the mixer SCAUT. At the cement application in Big Bag (FIBCs containers) its supply into the unlading plant SR is made by compact front loader. The water is dosed and supplied into the mixer by water pump batcher POTOK 8.150 through nozzles block embedded the mixer. The chemicals are batched in the weighting batcher of small agents DMD 30T and then came back the mixer. At the production of concrete mix with pigment the complex is additionally equipped with agent batcher DMD 50T. The components are mixed in the mixer creating the uniform mix of required consistence. The ready mix is unloaded from the mixer through slide gate with pneumatic drive and enters the belt conveyor through that is supplied the molding area.
The intelligent control system SAU 600 LOGIC designed especially for such complexes by the well-known Russian company "AVS-MK", a partner of the machine building enterprise "Stroymechanika" controls the automated mixing complex FORMBETON. The system SAU 600 LOGIC allows to adjust the complex both in manual and automatic operating mode. The control is made in both automatic and manual mode.
The system SAU 600 LOGIC control the operation of:
- silo or feed hopper with screw conveyor VK (cement supply);
- belt conveyor LK with feed hopper (inert aggregate supply);
- weighting hopper for inert and binding materials (the batching of inert and binding materials entering the mixer by weight);
- agent batchers DMD 50Ò (agent batching by weight);
- agent batchers DMD 50Ò (the batching and supply of agents by weight and supply of pigments option is not a part of standard set of equipment);
- water pump batcher POTOK 8.150 (water batching to prepare concrete mix);
- concrete mixer SCAUT (concrete mix preparation);
- slide gate of eth concrete mixer SCAUT (ready mix unloading);
- belt conveyor LK (ready mix supply).
The application of the control system SAU 600 LOGIC as a part of the complex AMK FORMBETON allows to reduce staff operating on the production site, that influences positively the payback period and quality of the launched products.
